A customer would typically purchase Umah Travel or Hjj Trsvl packages alongside other family members. Either self-funded or in a group. The customer will need to use a search filtering engine with a search configurator, with certain frozen criteria, example-based, on Types of Hotel, Date of travel, Budget of packages, Distance to Mecca, How many pax, and which Mutawwif, would they choose to go along with them.
